Cancelling a CrushOn AI subscription and deleting your account are separate actions. Most users should cancel the subscription first (to stop billing) and then decide about account deletion separately. Deleting the account without cancelling the subscription first does not automatically stop payments in all cases.
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
Web/Android (via CrushOn AI website):
- Log into crushon.ai
- Click your profile icon or username
- Navigate to "Settings" or "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Plan" or "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted
Your access continues until the current billing period expires. No charges will occur after that date.
iOS (via Apple Settings):
App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple, not through the CrushOn AI app:
